Tonight I have a date with my husband... and a musical that I have been wanting to see for so long. We are very excited and are ready to enjoy a night away. Have any of you seen it?
My daughter saw it last year in Chicago and loved it. She was on a trip with a group of other HS students touring colleges, there were a few foriegn students who she said were completely lost...they didn't know about the whole "Wizard of Oz" thing so they thought it rather bizzare! Have a great time, I am hoping this is one that will make it to our town soon.
omgoodness - I saw it in Atlanta a couple of months ago and it is hands down my favorite show EVER!!! It is so funny and sad and awesome all at the same time. Enjoy!!! You will want to stop on the way home to buy the soundtrack :)

I got to see it in NYC the week it opened & it was fantabulous.
I just read the book last year & the sequel over Christmas. They are both a must read.
I am dying to find out what you thought of the show!
