Lemon Ice Box Cake

Ingredients: 1 box of Duncan Hines BUTTER cake mix

2 cans sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

12 ounces of cool whip

Prepare cake mix as directed on box using 2 round pans. Cool, then split each one to make layers. Mix condensed milk and lemon juice. Measure out one cup of mixture and add 12 ounces of cool whip to it for icing. The remainder of milk and juice are to be spread between the layers. Once done layering cake, ice with cool whip mixture. You can garnish with lemons or pretty flowers if you so desire. Delicious!
